Paris Hilton is one of those people who's pretty boring by day, but a great laugh when they’re pissed as a fart. In Brazil for Rio Carnival, Paris hasn’t been snapped once without a can of Devassa in her mitts. Whatever’s in that stuff, we’re loving the results. Regardless of the fact she’s completely alone on stage, Paris started head banging, doing roly-polies and grinding against the podium (what was she supposed to be doing there, giving a speech?)...
